Payment Methods:

 Pay with PayPal, PayPal is a great way to make transactions, it is safe, simple, fast, and secure.

2.Google Checkout:

Pay with your Credit Card with Google Checkout. Goggle Checkout is a online wallet and allows you to use your credit card when paying, it is free to sign-up and will save you from having to enter all your information every time you make a purchase. You can use your Google wallet anywhere Google Checkout is accepted.



Shipping:


EarthCare Products Shipping Policy: Shipping is free on all products sold for customers living in the lower 48 states (contiguous, United States).
We do not accept international orders due to the expensive shipping process. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. All products (excluding filters, which are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service) will ship FedEx Ground, unless we are notified that special shipping is required.

  1. Orders weighing two pounds or more are shipped via Fed Ex Ground.
  2. Orders weighing from 1 oz. through two pounds are commonly shipped via U.S. Postal Service first class mail.
  3. Delivery dates of shipped purchases will vary from state to state.
  4. We do not ship to P. O. Boxes.
  5. If your order ships Fed Ex Ground, your tracking number will already be entered on the order, after it has been processed.

Tax:
You will not be charged sales tax on orders shipped out of state (Our company is located in Illinois). If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.

Return Policy: We accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.

14 Day Satisfaction Warranty:

  • Anyone unsatisfied with their order for any reason, may return it within 14  days of purchase, for a complete refund (Continue reading below).

Extended Warranties:

  • Many products sold here are covered by extended manufacturer's warranties.

Return Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable for item returns, the customer will get a refund minus the return shipping costs.
